「ないです」は、何かが「ない」ときや、質問に「いいえ」と答えるときに使う、ていねいな言い方です。
"ないです" is a polite way to say that something "is not" or to answer "no" to a question.
友だちとの会話でも、店の人と話すときでも、よく使います。
It is often used both in conversations with friends and when talking to store staff.
