「会釈」は、あいさつのために軽く頭を下げることです。
"会釈" is lightly bowing your head as a greeting.
道で知っている人に会ったとき、言葉を言わないで会釈することがよくあります。
When you meet someone you know on the street, you often greet them with a 会釈 without speaking.
