Description
「梅」は、春のはじめに白やピンクの花がさく木です。
"梅" is a tree that blooms white or pink flowers at the beginning of spring.
その木になる小さな実も「梅」と言い、日本では梅ぼしにしてよく食べます。
The small fruit that grows on that tree is also called "梅", and in Japan it is often eaten as umeboshi (pickled plum).
