「だろうか」は、あることについて自分で考えたり、うたがったりする時に使う言い方です。
"だろうか" is used when you think about or doubt something yourself.
少しかたい言葉で、話し言葉では「だろうか」より「かな」をよく使います。
It is a slightly formal expression; in spoken language, "かな" is used more often than "だろうか".
