Description
「らしい」は、ほかの人から聞いたことや、いろいろな様子から「たぶんそうだ」と思うときに使います。
"らしい" is used when you think "probably so" based on what you heard from others or various appearances.
名詞のあとにつけて「いかにも〜という感じだ」という意味にもなります。
When attached after a noun, "らしい" also means "it really feels like ~."

らしい often reports outside information (hearsay), while そうだ from a stem or ようだ shows more direct impression.
- Form
