「怠け者」は、しなければならない事をしないで、よく休んだり遊んだりする人のことです。
A "怠け者" is a person who doesn't do what they must and often rests or plays instead.
あまりいい意味ではないので、人に言うときは気をつけましょう。
Since it doesn't have a very good meaning, be careful when calling someone a "怠け者".
