「わかりました」は、話を聞いて、ないようが理解できたときに言うことばです。
"わかりました" is a word used when you listen and understand the content.
人にたのまれたことを引き受けるときにも、ていねいに「わかりました」と答えます。
You also politely say "わかりました" when accepting a request from someone.
